Mr. Wells brings a solid professional background to the organization with extensive experience in business development, financial review and analysis, and administration. He has a strong and varied administrative management background working with state and federal agencies and within the private sector. He has conducted full-scale contract financial analysis reviews of projects and company administrative systems involving construction, engineering, utilities and government agency regulatory compliance issues.

Fawzi BenMessaoud, Ph.D. 

Fawzi Ben Messaoud holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Wayland Baptist University and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin & Baylor, and a PhD in Information Technology Management from Capella University. Dr. Ben Messaoud has worked for several years as an Intelligence Analyst and instructed Intelligence language courses prior to being selected by the FBI as a special agent. Dr. Ben Messaoud served as a Dean then later a Corporate Manager for a national institution system with over 85 campuses overseeing the school of business, school of Criminal Justice, and Information Security Systems. Dr. Ben Messaoud has been an accreditation evaluator for over 6 years, a higher education accreditation evaluation chair, and has been serving on the Intermediate Review Committee (IRC) for the national accreditation organization ACICS in Washington DC since 2002. Dr. Ben Messaoud has conducted several technology integration programs including the full integration of computer lab simulations in the Information Security System's curriculum that was recognized at the national level and selected as top 101 in integrating technology into education by Campus Technology for the year 2005. He has designed, devoloped, and successfully mapped an Information Security Systems program to the NSA Information Assurance standards that received the NSA CNSS approval in 2007.
